At Redan the Label are dedicated to ensuring you adore your new garments. If they don't meet your expectations for any reason, we've made our return process straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review our return policy outlined below:

Items must be in:

  • In original and re-sellable condition. This includes all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be unworn, and unaltered in any form.
  • No stains, fragrance, body care transfer (tan, lotion, oil, etc)
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Shipping back to our warehouse will be at the purchaser's expense.

Redan has the right to reject items that do not comply with the returns policy.

Redan is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. Please retain proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging.

Return Period

  • 14-Day Returns: From the date of purchase, you have 30 days to return your pants for a full refund. This period gives you enough time to decide if your purchase is perfect for you.

Return Shipping

  • At customers expense: For all returns, the customer must source returns packaging and label. If requested we can assist with this process and cost involved will be deducted from total refund.

Restocking Fee

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive a full refund for the item, minus the return shipping fee.

Final Sale Items

  • No Final Sale Items: Every purchase at Redan the Label is eligible for return within the 30-day window, ensuring you can shop with complete peace of mind.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log In to Your Account: Please log in to your customer account on our website.
  2. Find Your Order: Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the pants you wish to return.
  3. Request a Return: Click on "Request a Return" for the item(s) you intend to send back. Fill in any necessary details and submit your request.
  4. Wait for Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Preparing Your Return

  • Ensure the pants are in their original condition, with tags attached, and are packed securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package.

Processing Your Refund

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
